if money grew on trees...........

If I had $500 to do whatever I wanted to with. Here's what I'd do:

1. buy a Kelly Moore Bag. I love how they are camera bags yet also cute and stylish. ($199)

And a new pair of Birkenstocks. Mine have seen better days but I love them so! ($105)

I'd give the rest of the money (about $190 or so) to my hubby. He's always taking care of me and buying me nice things. I'd like to return the favor.

What would you buy if you had $500 to buy whatever you wanted?

When you work in a special needs classroom you are om your feet most of the day. The shoes you wear could either make or break your day. Until I started wearing Nike Shox my days were broken. I would come home with aching feet and a hurting back. However thanks to Nike Shox that all changed.

My Thoughts about the Product
I love these shoes. They are the go-to shoe when you are on your feet all day and you want something that is comfortable and good for you.  I have high arches and these shoes provide me perfect support. They do tend to make my feet hot but I have gotten used to that since wearing my shoes year around.
If you are looking for tennis shoes that are both supportive and look great look no further than Nike Shox. Your feet will thank you.

What are your favorite shoes?

I've got your back by Book Review

FTC:: This post was written for Handlebar , who provided the complimentary product in exchange for my honest review.
About the Book:
If Jesus wrote a book about leadership today, he would tell a story. That's what the author decided when he tore up his first draft. Instead, he wrote a parable about four twenty-somethings who are having major problems with bad bosses. Jack Hendrickson, a retired Army Special Forces Sergeant and former missionary, begins to teach them Biblical principles about leadership and when they put it into practice at work, it makes their lives worse! Experienced leaders are calling I've Got Your Back a landmark book to help next generation leaders with a Biblical foundation for leadership. Many talented young people have been victims of follower abuse. They don't want anything to do with leadership positions. Some have issues with authority and need guidance to heal. Galvin writes about a new kind of leader the world is desperate to follow. At the end of the parable, the author outlines Biblical principles of followership, as well as leadership, because everybody needs to learn how to lead and follow well.
My thoughts About the Book:
At first I was leery of reading this book. I thought it would be the same old approach to Biblical leadership. But I was completely and surprisingly wrong. This book offers a fresh new take on leadership. It addresses follower abuse and how to heal from it. It also offers a practical easy approach to leadership. I really like the qualities of being a good follower as well.  The concepts addressed in this book will help people in every area of their lives.
